A dedicated team of instructors leads the 2024-25 Edition of the Sound of Champions.  Led by LaGrange High School Band Director Dr. R. Jarrett Farrell the staff includes Gardner Newman Middle School Band Director Dylan Burch (LHS Class of 2012), who serves as the Assistant Director, LHS Teacher Mike Evans (LHS Class of 1991) who serves as the Logistics Director,  Ebonie Jackson (LHS Class of 2010)who serves as Auxiliary Line Coach, and Mrs. Janet Barber, retired GNMS Band Director who serves as an instructor.
